Solution
As we were their online backup and recovery providers, we restored the latest backup quickly, and got their system back up and
running with minimal fuss. Unfortunately, the company experienced another ransomware attack causing similar problems again. ACS met with the management
team, performed a full review of their systems and processes, identified the issue (employees clicking on suspicious links in their email), and
recommended installing a SonicWall TZ firewall to combat the email issue and protect their network.
Results
We installed this system three years ago and they have not experienced an attack since. We consult with them regularly, have advised
the removal of multiple ad-hoc providers and instead employ an all-encompassing solution that doesn’t leave any gaps.
